As far back as I can remember I was always curious about abandoned houses. I grew up in Mississauga & there were a few on the outskirts of the city. There was also an old one room school house that had me thinking what life must have been like being taught in such an environment.  I was also amazed with the devastating power of nature & how without human interaction, it eventually takes everything back.  The unknown that surrounds abandoned places has always intrigued me.  Why does nobody live here?  What happened to them?  What caused this factory to be abandoned?  Where did all the workers go?  So many unanswered question just add to my curiosity.
