Earlier this year Zenning with Zay & I visited this Huge Abandoned Brick House!  Our friend Static Spaces shared it with us!




As you can see this place sits on a very nice sized lot!  Not a very common thing these days when in the city so it was highly sought after & worth some bucks!  Not a reasonable amount either.





The inside of this huge abandoned brick house was surprisingly in excellent condition.  It was huge with a massive family room, dining room & even a back sunroom!





The kitchen here was very dated but I loved it!  It seemed like it was never updated aside from the appliances!  I loved the colour & wallpaper in here.





Upstairs also seemed quite dated.  It was as if they didn't do any upgrades at all throughout.  It was sad to see it sitting when there was so much potential.  The hardwood floors throughout were amazing & all the rooms were huge!





In the basement was really the only areas where we saw decay.  There was clearly water damage wither from a leak or burst pipe.  The basement itself was quite odd & didn't really match the resto of this Huge Abandoned Brick House.  It was almost asylumesque in some areas!





Now for the best in my opinion!  The stairs & that wallpaper!  My God was that wallpaper something else.  They definitely spent some big bucks on it ensuring it aligned every where!  It was certainly busy but at the same time very cool looking!  I am sure some would hate it but to each their own!  This was definitely an epic adventure!

On a hot summers day in 2021 Zenning with Zay & I headed down to the big city to explore the Vacant Seven Million Dollar Villa Mansion!





Back in the early summer of 2021 this Seven Million Dollar Villa Mansion was quite a popular place! It's unique design architecture, features, location & price tag checked most of the boxes that explorers like! So one day Zay said we should head down & check it out!





Now before we dive in to the good stuff I figured lets get past the not so interesting parts first!  The upper floor of the mansion had four bedrooms including the master.  The rooms were nothing extraordinary.  Aside from the master bathroom with its odd layout, there was really nothing to exciting about it either! Fortunately the rest of this mansion was packed with awesomeness!





Now I'll start easing you into the awesomeness!  The main floor had two bathrooms & both had incredible wallpaper!  A huge family room, living room & dining room all has their own unique style which I am sure was nice accented with just the right décor.  I especially loved the dining room with the wild wallpaper & matching chandelier!  Now let's get to the epicness!!!





The indoor swimming pool was pretty amazing! The whole room itself was stunning with the wood beams, plethora of windows & even the little bridge! This room was truly stunning!  But there was more to see....





The basement was obviously made for entertaining! From the billiards room to the tiki bar night club, there were definitely some jumping parties held here! Last but certainly not the least is the staircase.





Now before I close this one off I thought I would add some recent info. THe stairs area had been gutted & it appeared for a whie that it would be renovated. However, I discovered that there are plans for a new build that may incorporate some of the original staircase. With the plans, the property was listed at just over $9,000,000 at the beginning of 2022. Then, just two months later a new & identical listing emerged but this tim ith a $23,000,000 price tag! Should be interesting to see what eventually happens here.

This Toronto Abandoned Brick Home is just off a very busy road & is sitting in a prime redevelopment neighbourhood.





I've know about this abandoned house for quite a while however we Zenning with Zay & I were never able to get inside. I could however see into the garage & inside was a fairly new Audi SUV. That also sorta freaked me out but you could tell the place wasn't occupied. This year it has really gone downhill & there is zero effort to even half assedly maintain the grounds!

As you can see from above the backyard is like a jungle & the pool a swamp! When I first checked on it, you could see it wasn't kept but now it's just a disaster!



The backyard of the Toronto Abandoned Brick Home was unbelievably overgrown.  It has been several years since anyone tended to it.  The pool, which is not fenced off is full to the brim & disgusting.  It really is a water hazard!



Once I got inside I noticed it was a mess. There was stuff left all over the kitchen & a hole in the ceiling.  In the dining room there was a table & chairs set up in front of a large LG flat screen TV.   Paperwork left on the table was for the planned condo building that will eventually replace this house. I also noticed track lighting which was likely installed to highlight images of the condo hung on the walls.



The front entrance was setup like a lobby of an office with a reception type area.  The mirrors in the first pic cover a wall & have a hidden door that leads into a bathroom!  There is a front room that was filled with Asian themed items.  I found lots of little gifts & tea sets.



The staircase in here was pretty boring.  It was also covered with padded fabric which I bet is not only impossible to clean, but really ugly!  I guess not every place can have an epic spiral stair case!  The master bedroom had mirrored closets & nook by the window with an endless mirror illusion!



The last bedroom was the most interesting to me!  The built in bed & cabinet was pretty awesome!  Would be a great room for a kid but I didn't think the two pot lights above the bed were a good idea.  Not only would it be super bright, but it would also get pretty hot under them!
