Here is what I call the Abandoned Cathedral du Gimbal. The name is because I dropped & broke my gimbal just before I finished my video. It was pretty disappointing considering I only had it for 3 days. Fortunately warranty covered it & I have a new one!

100 year old abandoned church. The church closed its doors after the congregation declined significantly & the Diocese no longer wanted to subsidize it. With a capacity of over 1,000 people, the church saw only a few dozen parishioners on it's final day. Having only been closed for a few years the decay has already began with water finding its way in & wreaking havoc. Sad to see such a beautiful building fall into disrepair.

I had first attempted to explore this church back in 2017 however I was a bit early as the church had not yet closed. Fortunately upon my return visit I was able to get inside & explore this beautiful building.
