We had previously checked this place out but didn't have our gear with us. We were hoping when we came back it was open but it can be hit & miss. Fortunately it was still open! When we first checked in on it we did a quick run through to see if it was worth it. It was but we weren't sure how interesting it was!
It was actually surprising to see so much left behind. Plus the fact it wasn't completely trashed! There was really not vandalism in here at all! Considering this place is in a highly visible area, it was surprising to me it was still good. The only damage was done by nature!
The house along with several other in the area are all abandoned. There is one hanger-oner but I am sure they will be selling soon too. Once the area is snapped up by the developer I am sure they will all be demolished.
I know typically that these houses are often rented out or the last year or two before demolition. But its odd that stuff is left behind. Unfortunately I was unable to find any really information about the place. It also doesn't seem to hold any historical significance as there was no historical assessment I could find.
Definitely the highlight of this explore would be the super decayed bedroom! I love natural decay & this was just perfect! The light coming through the ceiling really made the scene!
This was not the first time we Found A Gun in an Abandoned House. I am sure it won't be the last time!
Oh yes...and last but not least, the gun! Mind you it was a fake one!!
