Development houses are everywhere. Often they are houses built within the last 30-40 years that sit on large lots & are in an area with high demand for housing. Home owners are offered huge sums of money to sell to a developer. The houses is roughly 4,000 square feet with 3 bathrooms & 4 bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen with granite floors, two walk outs to the backyard, plenty of space in the bedrooms & hardwood flooring.
Such is the case for this McMansion. My good pal Freaktography received a tip from a follower about a house in the Toronto area which he was successful at exploring & gave me the details I needed for a visit there with Zenning with Zay! This house, along with the one beside it are destined for the wrecking ball to be replaced with 8 newer & densely built homes ranging from 1.8 to 2.5 million dollars.
As with many of these McMansion, there is always one feature that I absolutely love & that is the staircase. This year I have come across some incredible staircases such as the one inside the $8,000,000 Abandoned/Vacant Mansion which is by far the most amazing one I have visited to date. But, this one is nothing to scoff at! At the bottom of the staircase is a seemingly recent flooded basement so I was unable to venture down however based on details I could find in my research it was unfinished! Regardless, this was an awesome adventure & I hope you enjoyed it as well!
